Samuel L. "Sam" Jackson

Mr. Samuel L. “Sam” Jackson, age 54, of Pearson, Ga. passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga.

Born April 11, 1970, in Homerville, Ga., Mr. Jackson was the son of Robert and Lucille McDonald Jackson. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, tinkering, and spending time with his family and friends. He worked at Langboard Inc. in Willacoochee, Ga. until his health declined. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, A. Jackson.

Survivors include:

Mother: Lucille Jackson of Pearson, Ga.

Wife: Courtney Shipp of Pearson, Ga.

Son: Jonathan Wheeler of Ashburn, Ga.

2 Brothers: Robby Jackson of Pearson, Ga.

                   Charles Jackson of Pearson, Ga.

2 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Memorialization is by cremation
