Ronald Gene Rhymes, Jr.

Mr. Ronald Gene Rhymes, Jr., age 60 of Pearson, Ga. passed away, Friday, December 18, 2020 at his home, following an extended illness.

A native of Clinch County, Mr. Rhymes was born September 26, l960, son of Ronald Gene Rhymes, Sr. and Lessie Ann Hunsucker Rhymes. He had made his home in this area for most of his life and had worked as a truck driver.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  

Survivors include:

Wife:  Doris Stripling Rhymes of Willacoochee, Ga.

3 Sons:  Jeffery Wayne Rhymes and wife Pam of Douglas, Ga.

             Randall Rhymes and wife, Samantha of Pearson, Ga.

             Sean Rhymes and wife, Patricia of Jesup, Ga.

2 Daughters:  Shasta Seawright and husband Tim of Douglas, Ga.

                     Rhonda Baughman and husband, Matt of Hazlehurst, Ga.

21 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren along with several other loved ones also survive.   

A visitation for Mr. Rhymes was held, Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Memorialization was by cremation.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
