Elmarie Ruth Belch McNeal

Mrs. Elmarie Ruth Belch McNeal, age 91 years old, of Tampa, Fl. (formerly of Willacoochee, Ga.) passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Advent Health of Tampa in Tampa, Fl.  She was born in Willacoochee, Ga. on September 1, 1931, daughter of Mr. McKoy Belch and Mrs. Elmarie Ethridge Mobley. 

Survivors include: 2 Sons: Gary McNeal and wife Lynn William David McNeal, Jr., and wife Ann, 4 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, along with many other relatives also survive. Graveside services for Mrs. McNeal were held on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at the Willacoochee City Cemetery in Willacoochee, Ga.

Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
