Barry Franklin Mizell

Mr. Barry F. Mizell, age 59, of Axson, Ga. passed away Sunday, January 05, 2025, at his home in Axson, Ga.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Savannah Mizell Womack and husband Jeremy of McDonough, Ga.

Son: Hampton Mizell and wife Amanda of Covington, Ga.

Mother: Sharon Tanner Mizell of Pearson, Ga.

Father: H.F. Mizell and wife Delores of Axson, Ga. 

Brother: Brian Mizell and wife Tammy of Milledgeville, Ga. 

3 grandchildren: Harley Nash Womack, Miles Tanner Mizell, and Aria Hendrix

Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Mizell will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Sweetwater Cemetery in Pearson, Ga. with Rev. Edward Mathews and Rev. Lavon Womack officiating. The interment will follow in Sweetwater Cemetery. 

Visitation for Mr. Mizell will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.
