Barbara Ann Brantley James

Mrs. Barbara Ann Brantley James, age 75, of Pearson, Ga. passed away Sunday, January 05, 2025, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, Ga. following an extended illness.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Michelle Moore and husband David of Pearson, Ga.

2 Sons: D.J. James and wife Michelle of Pearson, Ga.

               Jamie James and wife Andrea of Pearson, Ga.

8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Mrs. James is preceded in death by her parents; Albert and Evelyn Roberson Brantley, husband; Tommie James, granddaughter; Jessica Rose Moore, great-granddaughter; Seriyah Madaceli Contreras, 2 sisters; Cathy Harrell and Connie Hogan, and niece; Samantha Harrell. 

Funeral services for Mrs. James will be held on Thursday, January 09, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Sunnyside Baptist Church in Pearson, Ga. with Rev. Mark Williams and Bro. Steve Sirmans officiating. The interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery. 

Mrs. James will lie in state at Sunnyside Baptist Church in Pearson, Ga. on Thursday, January 09, 2025 from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
