John William Parker, Jr.

Mr. John William (Dub) Parker, Jr. age 53 of Axson, Ga. passed away at his home on July 7, 2015. A native of Homerville, Ga. Mr. Parker was born July 15, l961 son of John W., Sr. and Mary Francis Vickers Parker. He had made his home in this area for the past ten years. He was currently working at the Douglas Municipal Airport as Assistant Manager. He was an avid outdoorsman and was retired from the U. S. Navy. Survivors include: Parents: John W. Sr. and Mary Francis Vickers Parker of Jonesboro, Ark. 1 Brother: Thomas Ira Parker and wife Kim of Jonesboro, Ark. 2 Nieces: Taryn Parker and Leah Carmack of Jonesboro, Ark.
