Mrs. Billie Sue Jarrett, age 81 of Pearson, Ga. passed away Saturday, October 01, 2016 at her home following an extended illness. A native of Berrien County, Mrs. Jarrett was born April l0, l935, daughter of Willis and Mattie Vickers Horton. She had made her home in Willacoochee for most of her life. She worked for many years as a supervisor at Sparkstone Co. and Chaparral Boat Company. After retiring she enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her dogs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Jarrett, daughter, Jeri Sue Jarrett, son Randy Jarrett, and granddaughter, Nikki Jones. Survivors include: Son: Larry Mosher of Pearson, Ga. 2 Daughters: Vickie Lewis and husband Herman of Willacoochee, Ga. Pollyanna Davis and husband Michael of Douglas, Ga. 11 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Jarrett were held Tuesday, October 04, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. with Rev. Larry Stone officiating. Special musical selections included “There Will Be a Day”, When I Get to Where I’m Going”, “In the Garden” and “Amazing Grace” were rendered by cd. The internment followed in St. Luke Cemetery in Berrien County. Serving as active pallbearers were: Lee Lewis, Cain Lott, Cole Lott, Johnny Mosher, Cody Davis, Brandon Griffin, John Pond and Michael Belk. Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
